Session - The governing body of Woodlawn Presbyterian Church. Members of the session are elected by the congregation for a three year term. The session is responsible for ALL spiritual and operational functions of the Church. The Session is responsible for the ensuring that ALL spiritual services, personnel, funds collection, property ownership, and general operations, co-inside with the guidelines given by the National Presbyterian Church.
Board of Deacons - The body of Woodlawn Presbyterian Church responsible for ministering to those in need. Ministering to the sick, the friendless, and to any who may be in distress, both within and beyond the community of faith as directed by the Session. Members of the Deacon Board are elected by the congregation for a three year term.
Board of Trustees - Woodlawn Presbyterian Church is organized as a corporation recognized by the State of Florida. The individuals elected to this Board by the congregation have the power to receive, hold, encumber, manage, and transfer property, both real or personal, on behalf of Woodlawn Presbyterian Church subject to Session approval. Members of this Board are elected by the congregation for a three year term.
